This project aimed to address challenges associated with inefficient facility management software, including issues such as data visualisation, insufficient data attributes, connectivity issues, and a gap in strategic asset management.
Solution: visualised available data to extract valuable insights and compare to asset lifecycle management processes at other Australian Institutions. Development of two data dashboards using Tableau, the Iviva Asset Database Dashboard 2 and the SAMP Data Dashboard.
